You are warmly invited into an experience of deep listening, restoration, and open-hearted presence through The Compassion of Kuan Yin Sound Meditation. Guided by the timeless essence of Kuan Yin, the Bodhisattva of Compassion, we will journey together through the ancient art of sound healing using the gong, brief chanting, toning, and extended immersion with gemstone crystal bowls.
Led by Rev. Zemirah Jazwierska, this experience draws from Buddhist, mystical, and sound-healing traditions to awaken compassion as a living vibration within the body and heart. Through heart-chakra toning, mantra, and intentional sound, participants are invited to attune to their inner rhythms, notice where sound resonates, and gently allow whatever arises to move toward integration.
No prior experience with sound meditation is necessary, only a willingness to listen with curiosity and care. Please bring anything that supports your comfort (yoga mat, blanket, pillow). You are welcome to lie down, sit, or move gently as needed.
Join us on Sunday, March 15th, following service, and receive, rest, and embody the medicine of compassion for yourself and for the world.
