Reverend Michelle Arellano is the Spiritual Director and Senior Minister of Centers for Spiritual Living Colorado Springs. An ordained minister, spiritual teacher, and transformational leader, she is dedicated to helping individuals awaken to their inherent wholeness, live with greater purpose, and embody the power of spiritual principle in everyday life.

With more than 20 years of leadership experience in both spiritual communities and mission-driven nonprofit organizations, Reverend Michelle brings a unique integration of spiritual wisdom, compassionate leadership, and practical vision. 

At the heart of Reverend Michelle’s ministry is a commitment to creating inclusive, loving, and empowering communities where people can deepen their connection to Spirit, discover new possibilities, and live from their highest good. Through her teaching, leadership, and service, she inspires others to embrace lives of authenticity, purpose, and transformation. Reverend Michelle Arellano brings more than 20 years of executive and spiritual leadership experience spanning nonprofit organizations, community development, and spiritual communities. She has served in senior leadership roles including Executive Director and Co-Spiritual Director for Centers for Spiritual Living, President and CEO of multiple Boys & Girls Clubs organizations, and Executive Director of OHRA, where she led significant organizational growth, expanded community impact, and successfully guided major fundraising and capital campaigns. 

Her experience is distinguished by her ability to integrate spiritual principles with practical leadership, helping individuals and organizations align purpose, vision, and action in service to the greater good.
