We welcome September with open hearts as we enter the cozy “Ber” months — a season filled with reflection, creativity, and spiritual warmth. It is an exciting time to bring in deeper learning, new experiences, and a renewed sense of connection as we continue exploring our monthly theme, Free to Be Me.
This month reminds us that all people are individual expressions of God. Our consciousness creates our reality, and the goal of life — freedom from all discord — is sure to be attained by all. Each week, we explore a different way Spirit expresses through us.
Love is one of the clearest ways to prove the Law of Circulation. When we give love freely, it returns abundantly. The easiest love to circulate is the kind of love God is — unconditional, ever‑present, and always available.
Enthusiasm means “God within.” It is being filled with Spirit — and isn’t that the truth of who we are? Spirit incarnate. Enthusiasm is contagious; it lifts us, inspires us, and helps us place our attention on the good all around us.
“I embrace the wisdom of my own inner guidance. I embrace the guidance of my own inner wisdom. I trust, too, the inner wisdom and guidance of others. I trust that others are wise and good.” This week teaches children to honor their intuition and recognize the goodness in themselves and others.
Sometimes thoughts pass by like television stations when you’re channel surfing. With a remote, you choose the show you want to settle on. With your thoughts, you are the writer of the show. The thoughts you choose to focus on determine how your life unfolds. You can use courage to choose thoughts that may feel harder to reach but are often the “high road.”
Our Youth & Family Ministry continues to grow beautifully, and we are always grateful for the loving support of our volunteers. We are continually welcoming new helpers who feel called to serve — not because we are struggling, but because our program is thriving and expanding.
